Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed

bookings.

Standard 14 day Policy (Year round except Xmas & Easter)

– Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will receive

a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14

days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Easter 30 day Policy

– Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to arrival will receive

a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30

days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Xmas/Jan 60 day Policy

– Cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival will receive

a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 60

days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for your own peace of mind.

There are NO REFUNDS on early departures.

COVID-19 Related Cancellations

In all instances a full credit will be offered, less the Cancellation fee.

There is no expiry date for the re booking.

This applies if:

• Government has mandated a travel ban between regions or a stay at home order.

• You have been contacted as a contact from an exposure site and must isolate

(proof must be sighted)

• If you have COVID-19 and must quarantine (proof must be sighted).

We are NOT a property to undertake COVID-19 isolation quarantine.
