Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance, Except for the UCI and G7 event where a $50 fee applies to all cancelled confirmed bookings.

Standard 14 day Policy (Year round except Xmas & Easter)

– Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Easter 30 day Policy

– Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

Xmas/Jan 60 day Policy

– Cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less our standard $30 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival you will forfeit all monies paid.

 There are NO REFUNDS on early departures.
